My visit and experience at Seneca Cheese Company was great! I ordered a non-alcoholic Bloody Mary which was spicy and quite flavourful which I enjoyed! I also tried their brie (or gruyere) cheese which was topped with a bit of honey served with crackers and it was absolutely divine, it was the right amount of sweet and salty! Thank you! :)

First of all their whiskey and bourbon session is incredible... They have stuff in bottles and will do pores that I’ve been seeking for years, all in one place. Happy to check off Midwinter Night’s Dram by High West finally Also, they know what they’re talking about. The beer is well curated as well, and the food is excellent from presentation to taste. After hiking the Glenn, couldn’t be more thrilled.

Rarely do I give anything five stars as most of my followers know. This establishment is just wonderful. The best cocktails. Tremendous choice of whiskey and bourbon. Apparently the garlic pizza bites and tomato bisque are the thing here It's a great idea to have a cheese shop located right in your bar! Wine and cheese, cocktails and charcuterie. I only recently experienced this in Singapore earlier this year.

Great food and cocktails at the base of Seneca Lake! Service a little slow and inattentive, seems like they're understaffed. In any case, espresso and mudslide martinis are absolutely delicious. Food all fantastic - can't go wrong with Bavarian pretzel, tomato bisque and cheese toastie, or white cheddar Mac & cheese. Added the local sweet wine flight as well, very nice! Not to mention, I left my expensive sunglasses behind on the table and we left town before realizing and they promptly shipped them to me, really appreciate it!!

We were craving cheese and a cocktail, and we're staying at Watkins Glen State Park so decided to swing by this place on our way back. So glad we did! The owner was super friendly, the cheese plate was absolutely delicious and they have an amazing selection of liquor and cocktails! Their covered patio is really beautiful and even though it was raining we had a great time sitting out there with our dog. Definitely stop by if you are in the area!

Amazing all the way! Great food (just the right sized portions) and generous sized drinks. SO many cocktails to choose from. Beautiful place and can sit inside and out. Pretty spacious as well. Loved it here!

I am a bourbon collector from Florida and literally just stumbled upon this place. If google allowed for a 7 star review I would leave that. Met the owner and honestly I am extremely knowledgeable until I met him. I could have just sat and listened to bourbon stories with him for days. This place is the real deal with an insane collection and great people. Has a few small snacks so plan a dinner afterwards. If you enjoy bourbon this place is a must visit.
